Shipping and Returns

Orders typically take 3-5 business days to process and will be shipped straight to you. An e-mail with tracking information will be sent once an order has been shipped.

Special orders such as pre-ordered items will ship during their estimated shipping window as indicated on the product page.

All items ship from New York, USA.

All items except apparel are final sale.

As we try our best to quality check every unit, we do understand that a return may be demanded in the case of a defected item. We have a 14-day return policy for apparel and/or damaged goods.

The customer is responsible for any return shipping fee.

If your order has not yet been processed we will do our best to accommodate requests to cancel or modify. 

Once an order is processed we can no longer cancel.
